Ham and Cheese Croissants (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 6 big croissants, cut across the middle
02 - 6 slices of cheddar or Swiss cheese
03 - 12 ham slices, thinly sliced
04 - 1/4 cup butter, melted
05 - 1 teaspoon optional poppy seeds
06 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder for extra flavor
07 - 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard for spreading

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 350°F (175°C) to get it ready for baking.
02 - Horizontally slice through the middle of the croissants. If they’re super thick, you can trim them to make handling easier.
