Grilled shrimp with butter (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 100 g of softened butter.
02 - 12 jumbo shrimp or prawns, cleaned.
03 - 4 minced garlic cloves.
04 - 1 small bunch of chopped fresh parsley.
05 - Juice from half a lemon.
06 - A pinch of salt and pepper, to your taste.
07 - Olive oil.
08 - Lemon wedges for serving.

# Instructions:

01 - Take out the back vein from the shrimp but keep the heads and shells on for added flavor.
02 - Combine the soft butter with garlic, parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
03 - Fire up a grill or stovetop grill pan to medium-high heat and lightly grease the grates with oil.
04 - Brush the shrimp generously with the garlic parsley butter. Cook each side for 3-4 minutes until golden and tender.
05 - Move the shrimp to a plate, drizzle with any leftover garlic butter, and serve with lemon on the side.

# Notes:

01 - Don’t have a grill? You can cook these straight in a skillet instead.
02 - For easier eating, you can peel the shrimp before cooking.
