Grilled Chicken Wraps (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 ripe avocado.
02 - 1 large chicken breast.
03 - 1 diced tomato.
04 - 1 cup chopped lettuce.
05 - 1 garlic clove minced.
06 - Handful of fresh basil leaves.
07 - 2 tablespoons of lime juice.
08 - 1/4 cup mayonnaise.
09 - 1 green onion, finely sliced.
10 - 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano.
11 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper.
12 - 1/2 teaspoon salt.
13 - 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder.
14 - 1/2 cup shredded cheese.
15 - 1 tablespoon olive oil.

# Instructions:

01 - Mix together the mayo, lime juice, basil, minced garlic, pepper, and salt.
02 - Slice the chicken breast in half lengthwise. Sprinkle both sides with garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
03 - Warm some olive oil in a skillet. Cook the chicken on medium-high for 3-4 minutes per side until it's done (internal temp of 165°F). Let it cool for 5 minutes.
04 - Dice the tomatoes, slice the green onions, and shred the cooked chicken.
05 - On a tortilla, layer some shredded cheese, chicken, tomatoes, lettuce, sauce, and sliced green onion.
06 - Tightly fold the tortilla containing the fillings.
07 - Toast the folded wrap in a hot skillet for 1-2 minutes per side until golden and crisp.
