Grilled Chicken Ranch Burrito (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Filling

01 - 2 tbsp chipotle sauce
02 - 1/2 cup creamy ranch dressing
03 - 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

→ Fresh Toppings

04 - 1 avocado, cut into slices
05 - 1 cup of diced fresh tomatoes
06 - 1 cup grated cheese (Mexican blend or cheddar)
07 - 1 cup crisp shredded lettuce

→ Tortillas & Seasonings

08 - Salt and a bit of pepper to taste
09 - A little olive oil for grilling
10 - 4 large tortillas, flour-based

# Instructions:

01 - Toss together the shredded chicken, ranch, chipotle sauce, salt, and pepper in a bowl until it's all coated evenly.
02 - Lay a tortilla open, scoop a quarter of the chicken mix into the middle, then add the tomato pieces, cheese, lettuce, and avocado slices on top.
03 - Fold in the sides of the tortilla first, then roll it up snugly from the bottom to keep everything inside. Do this with the rest of the tortillas.
04 - Use medium heat to warm up a skillet with some olive oil. Grill the burritos, seam down first, for about 3–4 minutes on each side until golden and melty.
05 - Let the burritos cool down for a moment, cut each in half, and enjoy them warm. Add extra sauce if you’d like.

# Notes:

01 - You can make the chicken mix early and chill it in the fridge.
02 - Add extras to them—like bell peppers, corn, or black beans—for variety.
03 - They go great with guacamole, salsa, or tortilla chips on the side.
