Toss together the shredded chicken, ranch, chipotle sauce, salt, and pepper in a bowl until it's all coated evenly.

Lay a tortilla open, scoop a quarter of the chicken mix into the middle, then add the tomato pieces, cheese, lettuce, and avocado slices on top.

Fold in the sides of the tortilla first, then roll it up snugly from the bottom to keep everything inside. Do this with the rest of the tortillas.

Use medium heat to warm up a skillet with some olive oil. Grill the burritos, seam down first, for about 3–4 minutes on each side until golden and melty.

Let the burritos cool down for a moment, cut each in half, and enjoy them warm. Add extra sauce if you’d like.
