Green Bean Potato Bake (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - Use butter to coat your baking dish.
02 - 3 large potatoes, diced.
03 - 3 cups broccoli florets.
04 - 3 cups green beans, chopped into pieces.
05 - 2 cans of creamy mushroom soup.
06 - 1 and 1/2 cups of milk.
07 - 1/4 tsp ground black pepper.
08 - 1/2 cup shredded white cheddar.

# Instructions:

01 - Set the oven to 350°. Grease your dish with butter completely.
02 - Bring salted water to a boil. Let potatoes cook for 15 minutes. They should be tender but hold their shape.
03 - Toss broccoli and beans into the pot. Cook for an extra 5 minutes. Empty water out completely.
04 - In a pan, whisk together soup, pepper, and milk until smooth and creamy.
05 - Gently mix veggies into the soup mixture until they're well coated. Cover the dish with foil.
06 - Bake for 30 minutes, keeping it covered with foil.
07 - Turn the oven to 400°. Sprinkle cheese over the top.
08 - Bake uncovered for another 10 minutes until the cheese is melted and golden. Let it sit for a bit before serving.

01 - Sprinkle garlic powder for extra taste.
02 - Can prep beforehand and bake when needed.
03 - Works great with turkey or chicken.
