Gravy and Biscuits

# Ingredients:

6 baked or ready-to-bake biscuits.

1 pound raw sausage.
03 -
1/2 cup all-purpose flour.

3 to 4 cups of milk.

A pinch of salt and a sprinkle of pepper.

Optional: cayenne spice.

Optional: crushed red pepper.
# Instructions:

Cook sausage in a big pan on medium heat until it's not pink anymore. Drain the grease and pat dry.

Add flour to the sausage in the pan and mix well so it coats everything.

Pour milk in slowly while stirring and cook on medium heat until it thickens up as you like.

Toss in some salt, pepper, and any optional spices to taste.

Pick any type of biscuit you like.

Using whole milk makes the gravy richer.

Save some sausage grease for added taste.
