Gravy and Biscuits (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 6 baked or ready-to-bake biscuits.
02 - 1 pound raw sausage.
03 - 1/2 cup all-purpose flour.
04 - 3 to 4 cups of milk.
05 - A pinch of salt and a sprinkle of pepper.
06 - Optional: cayenne spice.
07 - Optional: crushed red pepper.

# Instructions:

01 - Cook sausage in a big pan on medium heat until it's not pink anymore. Drain the grease and pat dry.
02 - Add flour to the sausage in the pan and mix well so it coats everything.
03 - Pour milk in slowly while stirring and cook on medium heat until it thickens up as you like.
04 - Toss in some salt, pepper, and any optional spices to taste.

# Notes:

01 - Pick any type of biscuit you like.
02 - Using whole milk makes the gravy richer.
03 - Save some sausage grease for added taste.
