Leek Butter Melt (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 600 grams of leek whites.
02 - 30 grams of butter.
03 - 2 tablespoons of lemon juice.
04 - 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard.
05 - 2 tablespoons of fresh cream.
06 - Salt.
07 - Pepper.

# Instructions:

01 - Slice the leeks in half lengthwise, chop into circles, and wash them well.
02 - Melt the butter, toss in the leeks, and cook gently on low heat for 25 minutes while stirring occasionally.
03 - Mix in the lemon juice, mustard, and cream. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, then stir it all together.
04 - Let everything simmer for an extra 10 minutes over low heat.

# Notes:

01 - Goes great warm as a side dish with meat, fish, or even mixed into pasta.
02 - Stays good in the fridge for 2 days.
