Golden Sausage Rolls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 egg yolk.
02 - 6 sausages.
03 - Puff pastry sheet.
04 - Crème fraîche.
05 - Dried Provence herbs.
06 - Mustard.

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 180°C and let it heat up.
02 - Lay the puff pastry down flat on your workspace.
03 - Combine mustard with crème fraîche. Adjust the ratio the way you like it.
04 - Put one sausage about 2 cm from the edge of the pastry, roll it up to secure it, then trim off the extra. Do this for all the sausages.
05 - Brush the tops with the egg yolk and sprinkle on the Provence herbs.
06 - Pop them in the oven for around 20 minutes until they've turned golden brown.

01 - You can prepare these ahead of time and bake when ready.
02 - They're ideal for appetizers or party spreads.
