# Ingredients:

→ Seafood

01 - 1 pound of large shrimp, peeled, deveined, and dried off to ensure crispiness

→ Seasonings & Aromatics

02 - 3 fresh garlic cloves, chopped finely
03 - 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, for that extra boost of flavor
04 - 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika, giving a subtle smoky hint
05 - 2 tablespoons of olive oil, for a golden finish
06 - 1/2 teaspoon of onion powder for a savory touch
07 - Freshly cracked black pepper and a pinch of sea salt, adjust to your liking

→ For Serving

08 - Chopped fresh parsley for a splash of green
09 - Lemon wedges to add just the right amount of zest

# Instructions:

01 - To get started, turn your air fryer up to 400°F (200°C). Let it heat up for 5 minutes so it'll cook the shrimp perfectly.
02 - In a big bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper together. Drop in the shrimp and toss until they're coated all over with the seasoning mix.
03 - Spread the seasoned shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Don't pack them too close—you want them to crisp up evenly! Cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket gently halfway through.
04 - Move the shrimp to a serving dish. Squeeze some fresh lemon juice over them and sprinkle with parsley. Serve them right away while they're warm and crunchy!

# Notes:

01 - Cooking shrimp in an air fryer gives them a crispy outside while staying tender inside.
02 - For the best outcome, use shrimp that are similar in size so they cook evenly.
