Garlic Herb Oil Dip (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Garlic Infused Base

01 - 3 tablespoons fresh garlic, finely minced
02 - 2 tablespoons high-quality olive oil

→ Herb Blend

03 - 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh rosemary
04 - 2 tablespoons freshly chopped basil leaves
05 - 3 tablespoons finely grated fresh Parmesan cheese
06 - ¼ cup premium extra virgin olive oil

→ Spices and Extras

07 - 1 teaspoon Italian herb mix
08 - ¼ teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
09 - ¼ teaspoon fine sea salt
10 - ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional if you like extra spice)
11 - 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar (optional but enhances the flavor)

# Instructions:

01 - In a small pan, heat up the olive oil on medium. Add in the minced garlic and cook until it turns a golden color around the edges. Watch it closely because garlic burns fast. Take it off the heat when it's ready.
02 - In a shallow plate or dish, mix together the rosemary, basil, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using).
03 - Add the golden garlic and olive oil to the herb mixture and give everything a good mix. If you want deeper flavor, drizzle balsamic vinegar over it.
04 - Serve it alongside warm bread, pita, or crusty pizza bread for dipping. Let the mixture sit for a few minutes so the flavors really come together.

# Notes:

01 - The flavors improve if the mixture sits for a bit before serving.
02 - Store any extra dip in the fridge for up to one week. Let it warm up to room temperature before you serve it again.
