Garlic and olive dip (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 or 2 cloves of garlic, finely minced
02 - A quarter teaspoon of red pepper flakes
03 - Half a teaspoon of dried oregano
04 - A quarter cup of freshly grated Parmesan cheese
05 - A quarter cup of extra virgin olive oil
06 - Freshly ground black pepper and a pinch of salt, to taste

07 - Some chopped fresh parsley

→ To Serve

08 - Bread for dipping (like focaccia)

# Instructions:

01 - In a medium-sized shallow bowl or plate, combine the minced garlic, red pepper flakes, and oregano. Grate Parmesan straight into the mixture and then drizzle the olive oil on top.
02 - Stir everything together well with a spoon and add salt and pepper to your liking. Sprinkle it with a little fresh parsley or basil, if you like.
03 - Pair it with chunks of bread for dipping and enjoy right away. This makes enough for 4 people.

# Notes:

01 - Store leftover olive oil dip in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week. Make sure to bring it to room temperature before serving.
