Simple Crisp Lemon Wings (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 tablespoons plus 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice.
02 - 2 pounds of chicken wings.
03 - Zest from 2 lemons.
04 - 4 minced garlic cloves.
05 - 1 teaspoon of pre-mixed garlic salt.
06 - A tablespoon of avocado oil.
07 - 1/2 teaspoon ground paprika.
08 - 1/4 teaspoon of ground black pepper.

# Instructions:

01 - Toss oil, lemon juice, garlic, zest, and all spices in a processor. Blend till it’s smooth.
02 - Add marinade to a bag or bowl with wings. Leave them soaking for 30 minutes to an hour.
03 - Set air fryer to warm up at 390°F.
04 - Layer wings evenly in the fryer basket. Cook for 18-20 minutes, flipping them halfway through.
05 - Mix up half a batch of marinade if you want extra dipping sauce or to brush on the cooked wings.

01 - Prepare extra dipping sauce if you’d like.
02 - Cook wings in smaller batches when there’s not enough space.
