Garlic Butter Beef (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary.
02 - 450g baby potatoes.
03 - 1 tablespoon olive oil.
04 - 4 tablespoons unsalted butter.
05 - 680g stew beef chunks.
06 - 1 clove garlic, finely chopped.
07 - 1 teaspoon smoked paprika.
08 - 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper.
09 - 1 teaspoon onion powder.
10 - 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme.
11 - 1/4 cup beef broth.
12 - 1/2 teaspoon salt.

# Instructions:

01 - In a pan on medium-high heat, sear the beef with olive oil for 2-3 minutes on each side.
02 - Move the beef into the slow cooker and toss in the potatoes.
03 - Combine melted butter, garlic, seasoning, and herbs. Pour it over the beef and potatoes.
04 - Drizzle the beef broth over everything inside the slow cooker.
05 - Put the lid on and cook for 6-8 hours on low or 3-4 hours on high.

# Notes:

01 - The meat should break apart easily when it’s done.
02 - Sprinkle some fresh parsley on top if you like.
