Fried Oreo Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 1/4 cups pancake mix, dry.
02 - 1 egg.
03 - 1 cup of milk.
04 - 1 pack (18.71 oz) Double Stuf Oreos.
05 - 2 quarts of vegetable oil.
06 - Powdered sugar to sprinkle on top.

# Instructions:

01 - Put some paper towels on a plate.
02 - Combine pancake mix, milk, and egg in a bowl. Add extra mix if it’s too thin.
03 - Get oil to 375°F before frying.
04 - Take 4-6 Oreos at a time. Dip each one in batter, shake off any extra, and fry for 1-2 minutes on each side till golden brown.
05 - Set fried Oreos on your paper towel-lined plate to soak up oil.
06 - Finish with a dusting of powdered sugar.

# Notes:

01 - Choose a flavorless oil that can handle high heat.
02 - Fry in small batches to keep the oil hot.
03 - Tastes best when served fresh and still warm.
04 - Reheat leftovers in the oven at 425°F for 3-5 minutes.
05 - Keep in the fridge for up to 3 days.
