# Ingredients:

01 - 20 large marshmallows.
02 - 1 cup of milk.
03 - Whipped cream for topping.
04 - Chocolate sauce for drizzling.
05 - Sprinkles to add on top.
06 - 1 egg, size large.
07 - 1 1/2 cups of pancake mix.
08 - A couple of teaspoons of vegetable oil (plus extra for frying).

# Instructions:

01 - Fill a deep pot with 3 inches of oil and heat it to 350°F.
02 - In a bowl, combine the pancake mix, milk, egg, and 2 teaspoons of oil.
03 - Coat the marshmallows in the batter by dipping them one at a time.
04 - Cook in the hot oil for about 30 to 60 seconds, flipping so they brown evenly.
05 - Put the fried marshmallows on paper towels to let the oil drip off.
06 - Enjoy warm and top with whipped cream, sprinkles, and a drizzle of chocolate sauce.

# Notes:

01 - They're best enjoyed right after cooking while still warm.
02 - If stored, the crispy coating will soften.
03 - Stay close by and keep an eye on them as they fry.
04 - Don't crowd the pot by frying too many at once.
05 - Keep the oil at a steady heat for the best texture.
