Fresh Ponzu Tomato Salad (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 tablespoon of ground sesame seeds.
02 - 1 small tomato or cherry tomatoes.
03 - 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil.
04 - 2 cucumbers.
05 - 1 tablespoon ponzu sauce (preferably yuzu flavor).

# Instructions:

01 - Slice the cucumbers into thin pieces and chop the tomato into bite-sized chunks. Toss them together in a bowl.
02 - Pour the sesame oil over the veggies and toss gently to combine.
03 - Sprinkle in the ground sesame seeds and pour in the ponzu sauce.
04 - Give it a light mix, seal the bowl, and pop it in the fridge to cool completely.
