Start by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a large pan, cook the ground beef and diced onions on medium heat until the beef browns and the onions soften up. Drain the fat, then season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Grab a mixing bowl and mix the cream of mushroom soup, mustard, milk, and ketchup until creamy. Pour this into the pan with your cooked beef and stir together. Spread it all out evenly in a 9x13-inch dish.

Throw the shredded cheese on top of the beef mixture, and then spread your frozen French fries evenly over everything.
