# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 1/2 onion, chopped finely
02 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
03 - 1 tsp garlic powder
04 - 1 lb ground beef
05 - A pinch of salt and pepper
06 - 1/2 cup milk
07 - 1/4 cup yellow mustard
08 - 1 bag (32 oz) of frozen French fries
09 - 1 can (10.5 oz) of cream of mushroom soup
10 - 1/4 cup ketchup

→ Optional Garnishes

11 - Lettuce
12 - Extra shredded cheese
13 - Diced pickles
14 - Chopped fresh tomatoes

# Instructions:

01 - Start by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a large pan, cook the ground beef and diced onions on medium heat until the beef browns and the onions soften up. Drain the fat, then season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
02 - Grab a mixing bowl and mix the cream of mushroom soup, mustard, milk, and ketchup until creamy. Pour this into the pan with your cooked beef and stir together. Spread it all out evenly in a 9x13-inch dish.
03 - Throw the shredded cheese on top of the beef mixture, and then spread your frozen French fries evenly over everything.
04 - Put the dish in the oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the fries turn golden and crispy on top. If you like it extra cheesy, sprinkle more cheese and bake another 5 minutes to melt it.
05 - Once baked, let it cool for a few minutes. Finish with toppings like diced pickles, chopped tomatoes, or lettuce if you'd like.

# Notes:

01 - Space out the French fries nicely on top to make sure they cook evenly.
