Mediterranean baked fish (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 fish fillets (cod, bass, or snapper).
02 - 2 tablespoons olive oil.
03 - 2 minced garlic cloves.
04 - 1 cup halved cherry tomatoes.
05 - 1/2 cup sliced black olives.
06 - 1/4 cup drained capers.
07 - 1 lemon, sliced.
08 - 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley.
09 - 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil.
10 - 1 small red onion, thinly sliced.
11 - Fresh dill (optional).
12 - Crushed red pepper flakes (optional).
13 - Salt and black pepper.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat your oven up to 375°F (190°C).
02 - Sprinkle both sides of the fillets with salt and pepper.
03 - Grease the dish lightly, toss in the garlic. Lay out the fish, along with the tomatoes, olives, capers, onion, and lemon slices.
04 - Drizzle with olive oil, and bake for 15-20 minutes until the fish turns opaque.
05 - Just before serving, sprinkle some fresh herbs on top.

# Notes:

01 - When fully cooked, the fish will flake easily and look opaque.
02 - Pair it with crusty bread or some rice as a side.
