Fluffy Light Marble Cake (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 3 eggs
02 - 100g of unsweetened applesauce
03 - 150g of wholewheat flour
04 - 1 packet of baking powder
05 - 50g of raw sugar
06 - 90g of regular milk or almond milk
07 - 60g of baking chocolate (64% cocoa)

# Instructions:

01 - Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Whisk the yolks with the sugar until the mix is pale and creamy.
02 - Mix the flour, applesauce, milk, and baking powder into the yolk mixture. Make sure it's smooth.
03 - Whip the egg whites with a little salt until stiff peaks form. Carefully fold them into your batter.
04 - Melt the chocolate, and stir half of the plain batter with the melted chocolate.
05 - Pour the plain and chocolate batters alternately into a cake mold. Steam it for 50 minutes or bake in the oven for 35 minutes at 175°C.

01 - Can be prepared traditionally or using a Thermomix
02 - Let it completely cool before removing from the mold
