Fig Pistachio Cranberry (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 oz goat cheese, at room temperature
02 - 8 oz cream cheese, at room temperature
03 - 1/4 cup pistachios, finely chopped
04 - 1/4 cup dried cranberries, roughly chopped
05 - 1/4 cup dried figs, finely diced
06 - 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup, whichever you like
07 - Extra pistachios, figs, and cranberries for coating
08 - Serve with fresh fruits, crackers, or veggies

# Instructions:

01 - Combine the softened cream cheese, goat cheese, honey or syrup, pistachios, figs, and cranberries in a medium mixing bowl. Stir until it's uniform.
02 - Spoon the mixture onto plastic wrap. Shape it like a log, wrap snugly, and chill in the fridge for at least an hour until firm.
03 - Scatter the extra chopped figs, pistachios, and cranberries on a plate. Roll the chilled cheese log over them, pressing lightly so it sticks all over.
04 - Move the coated log to a serving dish. Surround it with crackers, veggies, or fruits for dipping, then dig in and enjoy.
