Easy Brie Fig Jam (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Components

01 - 1/4 cup of fig spread
02 - One 8-10 ounce wheel of Brie cheese

→ Optional Toppings

03 - 1 tsp of fresh thyme leaves
04 - A tablespoon of honey
05 - Roughly chopped pecans or walnuts (1/4 cup)

→ For Serving

06 - Choose from crackers, sliced baguette, or fresh fruit

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) so it's ready to go.
02 - Take the brie out of its packing. If there's a wooden box, feel free to use it to hold the cheese—it looks nice. If not, place it on a small oven-safe dish.
03 - Use a knife to lightly slice a crisscross pattern across the top. This makes it easier for the jam to soak in while it bakes.
04 - Spread a layer of fig spread over the brie. If you'd like, sprinkle the nuts, thyme, or drizzle some honey on top now.
05 - Slide it into your oven and bake for 15-20 minutes. You'll know it's good to go when the cheese softens—press it gently to test.
06 - Let it cool for about 5 minutes to avoid burns, then present it with bread, crackers, or some fruit on the side.

# Notes:

01 - Best enjoyed warm while the cheese is soft and gooey
02 - Prepare everything beforehand and bake just before serving
