Cranberry Feta Dip (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/4 cup cream cheese.
02 - 1/2 cup cranberry jam or sauce.
03 - Salt and pepper, as preferred.
04 - 1 teaspoon thyme leaves, freshly chopped.
05 - 3/4 cup crumbled feta cheese.
06 - 3 tablespoons pistachios, finely chopped.
07 - 1 clove garlic, peeled.
08 - 2 tablespoons milk or cream, optional.
09 - 1/4 cup olive oil, extra virgin.

# Instructions:

01 - Put garlic, feta, cream cheese, olive oil, along with seasonings, into a food processor and blend until it's silky. Pour in a little milk or cream if you need it smoother.
02 - Spoon the creamy feta dip into a dish or on a plate.
03 - Scatter cranberry jam, thyme, and pistachios on top. Add a small drizzle of olive oil for extra flavor.

# Notes:

01 - Homemade or store-bought cranberry jam works equally well.
02 - Go slow when adding milk to get just the right texture.
03 - Make ahead, and add toppings just before eating.
