Santa Hat Treats (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - Milk (2 cups)
02 - Vanilla extract (1 teaspoon)
03 - Salt (1/4 teaspoon)
04 - Whipped cream
05 - All-purpose flour (2 1/4 cups)
06 - Christmas sprinkles (1/4 cup with extra for garnish)
07 - Vegetable oil (1/3 cup)
08 - Sugar (1/4 cup)
09 - Baking powder (4 teaspoons)
10 - Fresh strawberries (12)
11 - Egg (1, beaten)

# Instructions:

01 - In a bowl, stir together baking powder, salt, sugar, and flour.
02 - Blend in oil, milk, egg, and vanilla until it’s smooth. Toss in the sprinkles.
03 - Spoon batter into 4-inch rounds on a hot greased pan. Flip once bubbles form on top.
04 - Pile each pancake with whipped cream, a strawberry, and more cream to look like a Santa hat.

# Notes:

01 - Freeze them for as long as 3 months.
02 - Set oven to 200°F to keep them hot while you work on more.
03 - Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
