Festive Fudge Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 tablespoons of holiday sprinkles (optional).
02 - 1/2 teaspoon of green food coloring.
03 - 1/2 teaspoon of red food coloring.
04 - 1/2 teaspoon of peppermint extract.
05 - 14 ounces of sweetened condensed milk (from one can).
06 - 2 tablespoons of butter.
07 - 3 cups of white chocolate chips.

# Instructions:

01 - Grab an 8x8 pan and line it with parchment paper, making sure it covers the bottom and edges.
02 - Combine the chocolate chips, butter, peppermint extract, and condensed milk. Heat in the microwave for 30 seconds increments, stirring in between, until it's smoothly melted.
03 - Scoop out 1/2 cup of the fudge into a bowl and add red coloring. Do the same in another bowl, adding green coloring. Stir both quickly.
04 - Dollop each colored fudge onto the pan. Use a knife to create swirls. Sprinkle on decorations if you like.
05 - Pop the pan in the fridge for a couple of hours, or until the fudge sets firmly.

01 - Lasts up to 5 days in the fridge.
02 - Experiment with different extracts.
03 - Any chocolate type will work.
04 - You can skip the butter.
