Grab an 8x8 pan and line it with parchment paper, making sure it covers the bottom and edges.

Combine the chocolate chips, butter, peppermint extract, and condensed milk. Heat in the microwave for 30 seconds increments, stirring in between, until it's smoothly melted.

Scoop out 1/2 cup of the fudge into a bowl and add red coloring. Do the same in another bowl, adding green coloring. Stir both quickly.

Dollop each colored fudge onto the pan. Use a knife to create swirls. Sprinkle on decorations if you like.

Pop the pan in the fridge for a couple of hours, or until the fudge sets firmly.
