Line a 9x13 dish with some wax paper.

Stir together milk, sugar, and butter in a large pot over medium heat.

Let it bubble until it reaches 234° (about 5 minutes).

Remove from heat and stir in chocolate until it’s smooth.

Add vanilla, marshmallows, and nuts to the chocolate mixture and mix well.

Pour into the pan and spread evenly.

Leave it for 4 hours to harden, or chill it in the fridge to speed things up.
