Set the oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Pull apart the crescent dough into triangles. On each, spread with 1/2 tablespoon of the dressing, then layer equal amounts of corned beef, sauerkraut, and cheese.

Roll each triangle starting from the wider edge, leaving any extra cheese out on top.

Bake for about 10 to 20 minutes until the rolls are golden and crispy.
