Reuben Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 8 oz crescent dough.
02 - 1/4 lb of corned beef, shredded.
03 - 1/3 cup sauerkraut, squeezed dry.
04 - 1/4 cup of Thousand Island sauce.
05 - 3/4 cup grated Swiss cheese.

# Instructions:

01 - Set the oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Pull apart the crescent dough into triangles. On each, spread with 1/2 tablespoon of the dressing, then layer equal amounts of corned beef, sauerkraut, and cheese.
03 - Roll each triangle starting from the wider edge, leaving any extra cheese out on top.
04 - Bake for about 10 to 20 minutes until the rolls are golden and crispy.
