Cranberry Loaf Cake (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - ¼ teaspoon orange zest.
02 - ½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice.
03 - 1 overripe banana.
04 - 1 teaspoon baking soda.
05 - 2 cups all-purpose flour.
06 - ¼ teaspoon vanilla essence.
07 - ½ cup almond milk.
08 - ½ cup Aranciata Rossa sparkling water.
09 - ¾ cup white sugar.
10 - ¼ cup cranberry pie filling.
11 - 1 teaspoon table salt.
12 - ½ cup powdered sugar.
13 - ½ cup frozen cranberries.
14 - ¼ teaspoon baking powder.
15 - 1½ tablespoons Aranciata Rossa.

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven at 350°F and get it heating. Toss flour, sugar, baking soda, salt, and baking powder together in a mixing bowl.
02 - Mash the banana and stir in sparkling water, cranberry filling, almond milk, and cranberries straight from the freezer. Combine the lot.
03 - Pour the batter into your baking pan. Add a swirl decoration if you'd like. Cook for 35 minutes, and check if a knife comes out clean.
04 - When done, take the pan out and let it cool until you can easily handle it. Carefully remove the loaf and let it chill on a rack for an hour.
05 - Whisk powdered sugar, Aranciata Rossa, pumpkin spice, vanilla, and orange zest together. Pour over the cooled loaf.

# Notes:

01 - Stick to frozen cranberries instead of dried ones.
02 - Switch cranberry pie filling for whole cranberry sauce if needed.
03 - Use a pan with 3.6" x 8.6" x 2.2" dimensions.
