01 - Puff pastry sheet - 1 roll
02 - Brown sugar - 100 g
03 - Salted butter - 100 g
04 - Flour - to dust your surface

→ Optional Topping

05 - Egg yolk - for golden finish (optional)

# Let's Cook:

01 - Set your oven to 200°C to preheat, then spread the pastry out on a floured surface.
02 - Slather softened butter gently over the pastry sheet, then sprinkle with most of the sugar.
03 - Bring the edges of the pastry inwards so they meet at the center, forming a rectangle.
04 - Roll the folded pastry into a log shape.
05 - Slice the rolled pastry log into 6 even pieces.
06 - Place the slices into a silicone muffin tray. If you'd like, sprinkle on the leftover sugar and brush with egg yolk for shine.
07 - Pop it into the oven for 30 minutes. Let them cool slightly before enjoying.
