Easy buckwheat galette (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 500 ml buckwheat flour
02 - 1 liter water
03 - 2.5 ml salt
04 - 5 ml baking powder

# Instructions:

01 - Grab a bowl and whisk together buckwheat flour, water, baking powder, and salt until it's lump-free.
02 - Heat up a buttered skillet over medium. Pour about 60 ml (1/4 cup) of batter for each pancake and let it cook until you see bubbles on top.
03 - Turn the pancakes over and cook them a little longer until both sides are lightly golden.

# Notes:

01 - Serve these pancakes with apple butter, blackberry butter, or cinnamon-maple butter for a flavor boost.
