Easy Broccoli Pizza (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 ball of pizza dough.
02 - 4 ounces of crumbled feta cheese.
03 - 1/2 cup of shredded asiago cheese.
04 - 2 cups of mozzarella, shredded.
05 - 1/4 cup halved kalamata olives.
06 - 4 cups of broccoli florets.
07 - 1 (8-ounce) can plain tomato sauce.
08 - 1/8 cup of grated Parmesan cheese.
09 - 1/2 teaspoon of oregano, dried.
10 - 1/2 teaspoon of dried basil.
11 - 1 minced garlic clove.
12 - A pinch of red pepper flakes (1/4 teaspoon).
13 - Salt (use as much as you like).

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven temperature to 425°F.
02 - Stir together the tomato sauce, minced garlic, and Parmesan. Toss in the basil, oregano, and red pepper flakes, then leave it aside.
03 - Microwave your broccoli with a little water for 3 to 4 minutes. Afterward, drain it well and pat it dry. Sprinkle with some salt.
04 - Combine the asiago and mozzarella in a bowl. Roll the dough onto a pan that’s lightly oiled. Spread on the sauce, then add 2/3 of the cheese mix. Layer it with broccoli, olives, and feta. Sprinkle the rest of the cheese on top.
05 - Put it in the oven for about 15-20 minutes until the crust turns golden and crisp.

01 - Leave the dough to sit if it feels tight.
02 - Try using a 14-inch pan for the perfect size.
03 - Dry the broccoli really well to avoid a soggy crust.
04 - No time for homemade sauce? Jarred works great.
05 - Using all three cheeses gives the best taste combo.
