Big Mac Wrap (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Sauce

01 - 60ml pickles, diced small
02 - 125ml creamy mayo
03 - 45ml ketchup
04 - 15ml yellow mustard
05 - 2g smoked paprika

→ Filling

06 - 450g minced beef
07 - 1 yellow onion, chopped (split in half)
08 - Cheddar cheese, 50g grated
09 - Salt for seasoning
10 - 4 tortillas (soft, taco size)
11 - 50g dill pickles, sliced thin
12 - 50g crisp lettuce, shredded
13 - A pinch of garlic powder
14 - Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

# Instructions:

01 - Stir together the mayo, diced pickles, mustard, ketchup, and paprika in a bowl. Pop it in the fridge while prepping the rest.
02 - Warm up a skillet over medium-high heat. Toss in the beef and half the chopped onion. Cook until the meat is browned and the onions soften, around 7-8 minutes. Sprinkle in garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Drain the grease if needed.
03 - Spread out the tortillas on a flat surface. Evenly layer on the lettuce, cheese, beef mix, raw onion, and pickle slices.
04 - Pour a bit of the chilled Big Mac-style sauce across each wrap. Fold up the sides tightly to seal everything in, and they’re ready to eat.

# Notes:

01 - Swap the beef for tofu or meatless crumbles to make it vegetarian.
