Set the oven to 200°C and let it heat up.

Lightly coat the dish with some olive oil.

Put the cod into the dish, squeeze lemon juice over it, drizzle some olive oil on top, and season with salt and pepper.

Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until the fish flakes easily and looks opaque.

Serve while it’s still warm with a slice of lemon on the side.
