Easy Lemon Cod (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - Fresh lemons for squeezing.
02 - Butter.
03 - Olive oil (extra virgin).
04 - Cod fillets.
05 - Salt.
06 - Sea salt.
07 - Black pepper.
08 - Oregano.
09 - One lemon.

# Instructions:

01 - Set the oven to 200°C and let it heat up.
02 - Lightly coat the dish with some olive oil.
03 - Put the cod into the dish, squeeze lemon juice over it, drizzle some olive oil on top, and season with salt and pepper.
04 - Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until the fish flakes easily and looks opaque.
05 - Serve while it’s still warm with a slice of lemon on the side.

01 - The fish should be flaky and have an opaque color.
