Date Chocolate Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Everyday Ingredients

01 - Soft, fresh Medjool dates (the bigger, the better)
02 - Creamy peanut butter or any nut butter you like
03 - Unsalted roasted peanuts or other nuts of your choice
04 - Dark chocolate chips or a high-quality chocolate bar
05 - A pinch of flaky sea salt for topping

# Instructions:

01 - Take a look at each date and find the natural line. Cut along it to open them up, but leave one side connected.
02 - Lay some parchment paper on a freezer-safe plate. Carefully open the dates to create small pockets you can fill later.
03 - Scoop some nut butter into the pockets of each date. Add a few nuts for crunch, gently close them, and pop the dates in the freezer to firm up.
04 - As the dates chill, melt the chocolate until smooth and shiny. Let it cool a bit so it coats the dates well.
05 - Grab the chilled dates from the freezer and dunk each one into the melted chocolate. Use two spoons to make dipping easier and less messy.
06 - Sprinkle some flaky sea salt on each chocolate-covered date while the chocolate is still wet. Freeze again until everything is hardened.

# Notes:

01 - Keep them stored in the freezer in a sealed container
02 - Eat them straight from the freezer for the best bite
