Combine milk, eggs, vanilla, sugar, salt, and cinnamon in a big mixing bowl. Whisk it all until smooth and there are no clumps left.

Take the bread cubes and stir them gently into your custard. Coat every bite-sized piece evenly, so there’s no dry bread left behind.

Spray your air fryer basket lightly with oil. Spread the soaked bread in one layer, leaving a little space between the pieces to keep them from sticking.

At 350°F, cook the bread for about 8-10 minutes. Shake the basket once halfway through to make sure the bread gets an even golden crisp all around.
