# Ingredients:

→ Bread Base

01 - 6 slices of slightly dry bread, chopped into small cubes for easy eating

→ Custard Mixture

02 - 3 large room-temperature eggs
03 - 1/4 cup of creamy milk
04 - 1/4 cup of brown sugar for that rich, sweet flavor
05 - 1 teaspoon of fragrant vanilla extract
06 - 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon spice
07 - A pinch (1/4 teaspoon) of kosher salt

# Instructions:

01 - Combine milk, eggs, vanilla, sugar, salt, and cinnamon in a big mixing bowl. Whisk it all until smooth and there are no clumps left.
02 - Take the bread cubes and stir them gently into your custard. Coat every bite-sized piece evenly, so there’s no dry bread left behind.
03 - Spray your air fryer basket lightly with oil. Spread the soaked bread in one layer, leaving a little space between the pieces to keep them from sticking.
04 - At 350°F, cook the bread for about 8-10 minutes. Shake the basket once halfway through to make sure the bread gets an even golden crisp all around.
05 - While still hot, serve them with some powdered sugar, a drizzle of syrup, or even fresh fruit. They're best enjoyed right away!

01 - Using slightly stale bread works best since it soaks up the custard without getting mushy
