Crispy Shrimp Baked (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 120 ml of dry white wine.
02 - 30 g melted butter.
03 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper.
04 - Juice from one lemon.
05 - 500 g of jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined.
06 - 1/2 teaspoon of salt.
07 - 90 g panko breadcrumbs.
08 - 3 minced garlic cloves.
09 - 1/2 teaspoon of salt.
10 - 25 g grated parmesan cheese.
11 - 60 g unsalted butter, melted.
12 - Chopped fresh parsley for sprinkling.

# Instructions:

01 - Get your oven ready, set it to 220°C.
02 - Pour 2 tablespoons of melted butter and the white wine into a 23x33 cm dish. Pop it in the oven for 10 minutes.
03 - Grab a bowl and combine the remaining butter, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Coat the shrimp thoroughly.
04 - In a bowl, stir together the parmesan, panko crumbs, salt, and melted butter.
05 - Lay the shrimp flat in the dish, then sprinkle the crumb mixture on top.
06 - Bake for 12 minutes. For an extra golden touch, broil it for 1-2 minutes.
07 - Toss some parsley over it and serve immediately.
