Crispy Ranch Tenders (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main

01 - 1 lb chicken tenders

→ Coating Mix

02 - ½ tsp onion powder
03 - ½ tsp garlic powder
04 - ½ cup Parmesan cheese, finely grated
05 - ½ cup mayo
06 - 1 packet dry Ranch dressing mix

→ Crust

07 - 1 cup crushed Ritz crackers

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 375°F to preheat. Get a baking tray and line it with parchment or lightly grease it.
02 - In a bowl, stir together the mayo, Ranch mix, grated cheese, garlic powder, and onion powder until blended and creamy.
03 - Dip the chicken in the mayo mixture, then roll it in the crushed crackers. Press gently so the crumbs stick.
04 - Put the coated chicken on the baking sheet, making sure they’re spaced out. Cook for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and the insides hit 165°F.
05 - Give the chicken a few minutes to cool before serving with the dipping sauce you like best.

# Notes:

01 - Swap mayo for Greek yogurt or sour cream if you’d prefer.
02 - Gluten-free crackers work just as well for this dish.
03 - For extra crunch, broil them for 1-2 minutes at the end.
04 - Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
