Set your oven to 375°F to preheat. Get a baking tray and line it with parchment or lightly grease it.

In a bowl, stir together the mayo, Ranch mix, grated cheese, garlic powder, and onion powder until blended and creamy.

Dip the chicken in the mayo mixture, then roll it in the crushed crackers. Press gently so the crumbs stick.

Put the coated chicken on the baking sheet, making sure they’re spaced out. Cook for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and the insides hit 165°F.
