Crispy potatoes fryer (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 medium-sized potatoes.
02 - 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
03 - Salt, as needed.
04 - Pepper, as needed.
05 - Optional: Provence herbs.

# Instructions:

01 - Wash the potatoes and cut them into small cubes or wedges.
02 - Toss the potato pieces in a bowl with the olive oil, salt, and pepper.
03 - Set the air fryer to preheat at 200°C.
04 - Cook for 15-20 minutes, stirring halfway to make sure everything is evenly cooked.
05 - Serve the potatoes warm, and sprinkle with Provence herbs if you’d like.
