Crispy Baby Potatoes (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 3 tablespoons fresh rosemary or 3 teaspoons dried
02 - ½ teaspoon paprika
03 - 1 teaspoon salt
04 - 1.5 pounds baby potatoes, halved after washing and drying
05 - ⅛ teaspoon black pepper
06 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
07 - 1 tablespoon garlic powder

# Instructions:

01 - In a bowl, toss the cut potatoes with olive oil. Add garlic powder, salt, rosemary, paprika, and pepper. Stir well so everything sticks to the potatoes.
02 - Lightly spray oil over the inside of the air fryer basket.
03 - Set temperature to 400°F and cook for 15 minutes, giving the basket a good shake halfway through. Check using a fork to see if they’re done. If not, cook in 2-minute bursts until perfect.

# Notes:

01 - Store leftovers in a sealed container in the fridge for a week.
02 - Pairs wonderfully with grilled meat or fish.
