Crispy Parmesan Tenders (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Chicken

01 - 1 1/4 pounds chicken tenders without skin or bones

→ Flour Coating

02 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
03 - 1/2 cup plain white flour
04 - 1/4 teaspoon salt

→ Oil Mixture

05 - 3 teaspoons garlic, finely minced
06 - 6 tablespoons melted butter or olive oil

→ Crumb Coating

07 - 2/3 cup Parmesan cheese, freshly shredded
08 - 1 teaspoon basil, dried
09 - 1 cup Panko crumbs
10 - 1/4 teaspoon paprika spice

# Instructions:

01 - Slice off any extra fat from the chicken pieces
02 - Use three bowls: flour with pepper and salt; garlic melted with oil; and Parmesan, Panko, basil, and paprika together
03 - Cover each piece in flour, dip in garlic oil, then roll in the Panko mix until well coated
04 - Air fry at 400°F for 9 minutes, flip pieces, and cook 8 to 9 more minutes until they're 165°F inside
