Stir the boursin cheese and egg together until you’ve got a smooth mixture. Add a bit of salt and pepper to taste.

Toss in the ham cubes and grated cheese into the mix. Make sure everything blends well.

Slice each brick pastry sheet into three strips. Place a tablespoon of the filling at one end of each strip.

Wrap the brick pastry into triangle shapes or roll them up to keep the stuffing inside.

Fry them in hot oil until their color turns golden and they’re nicely crispy.

Put them on paper towels to soak up any leftover oil.
