Crunchy Ham Wraps (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - Pack of brick pastry sheets - 1 pack
02 - Halal ham - 250 g, diced in small cubes
03 - Grated Emmental cheese - as much as you like
04 - Egg - 1 piece
05 - Boursin cheese - 150 g
06 - Salt - use as needed
07 - Pepper - sprinkle as much as you want

# Instructions:

01 - Stir the boursin cheese and egg together until you’ve got a smooth mixture. Add a bit of salt and pepper to taste.
02 - Toss in the ham cubes and grated cheese into the mix. Make sure everything blends well.
03 - Slice each brick pastry sheet into three strips. Place a tablespoon of the filling at one end of each strip.
04 - Wrap the brick pastry into triangle shapes or roll them up to keep the stuffing inside.
05 - Fry them in hot oil until their color turns golden and they’re nicely crispy.
06 - Put them on paper towels to soak up any leftover oil.
