Crispy garlic chicken (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/3 cup of chopped green onions.
02 - 1 bell pepper sliced thin.
03 - 1 tablespoon dark soy sauce.
04 - 1 teaspoon minced ginger.
05 - 2 teaspoons rice vinegar.
06 - 1 teaspoon sesame oil.
07 - 1 teaspoon Sriracha for heat.
08 - 2 tablespoons regular soy sauce.
09 - 1.5 tablespoons garlic finely chopped.
10 - 2 tablespoons cornstarch.
11 - 1/4 cup chicken broth.
12 - 500 g boneless chicken thighs.
13 - 1/3 cup cooking oil for frying.
14 - 1 tablespoon brown sugar.

# Instructions:

01 - Stir everything for the sauce in a bowl, then set aside.
02 - Combine the chicken with dark soy sauce and cornstarch. Mix until coated.
03 - Fry the chicken for 2-3 minutes per side until it's golden and crispy.
04 - Sauté ginger and garlic. Toss in chicken, veggies, and sauce. Cook for a couple of minutes.
