Homemade Crispy Burrata (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 Burrata ball
02 - 1 Egg
03 - Panko breadcrumbs - as much as you need
04 - Flour - enough to coat
05 - Cooking oil - as needed for frying

→ Seasonings

06 - Oregano - add to taste
07 - Salt - sprinkle to preference
08 - Pepper - use as much as you’d like

# Instructions:

01 - Get a pot ready and heat up some oil for deep frying.
02 - Drain the burrata completely, and pat it dry using paper towels.
03 - Dip the burrata in flour first, then the beaten egg, and finish with panko breadcrumbs (season the breadcrumbs with salt, pepper, and oregano ahead of time).
04 - Fry it in hot oil until golden and crispy.
