06 - 1/2 teaspoon powdered garlic
07 - 1 teaspoon dried rosemary

# Instructions:

01 - Let the eggplant chunks sit with salt for 15 to 30 minutes. After that, blot away any moisture using paper towels.
02 - Mix the eggplant with the avocado oil and seasonings, ensuring everything is coated well.
03 - In an air fryer set at 400°F, cook the eggplant for 18 minutes. Toss it around halfway for balanced browning.
