Combine the green onions, cream cheese, Worcestershire sauce, powdered garlic, and powdered onion in a bowl and stir well.

Gently mix the cooked flaked crab meat into the filling.

Place 3 spoonfuls of the mix in the center of each egg roll wrapper. Roll them tightly, folding the sides in as you go. Dampen the edge with water to keep it sealed.

In a deep pan or skillet, heat a couple of inches of oil to about 375°F.

Fry each roll until it's crispy and golden brown.

Set fried rolls on a plate covered with paper towels to drain oil before eating.
