Crispy crab bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 1 egg, whisked
02 - 500g crab meat, shredded
03 - ¼ cup breadcrumbs

→ Seasoning & Sauces

04 - 1 tbsp freshly chopped parsley
05 - ½ tsp black pepper
06 - 2 tbsp mayonnaise
07 - ¼ tsp salt
08 - 1 tsp Dijon mustard
09 - 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
10 - 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning

11 - Cooking oil for frying

# Instructions:

01 - In a large mixing bowl, gently toss the crab meat with the breadcrumbs. Add the beaten egg and lightly combine everything together.
02 - Carefully mix in the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, parsley, salt, pepper, and Old Bay. Be gentle so you don't break up the crab too much.
03 - Roll the mixture into small, walnut-sized balls.
04 - Heat up the oil over medium heat. Fry the balls in batches, cooking each side for about 4-5 minutes until golden. Let them drain on paper towels after frying.
