In a large mixing bowl, gently toss the crab meat with the breadcrumbs. Add the beaten egg and lightly combine everything together.

Carefully mix in the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, parsley, salt, pepper, and Old Bay. Be gentle so you don't break up the crab too much.

Roll the mixture into small, walnut-sized balls.

Heat up the oil over medium heat. Fry the balls in batches, cooking each side for about 4-5 minutes until golden. Let them drain on paper towels after frying.
