Crispy Chicken Snacks (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 9 oz (1 ½ cups) shredded chicken leftovers.
02 - 2 tablespoons softened cream cheese.
03 - A quarter cup of mozzarella, shredded.
04 - 1 large egg.
05 - 2 tablespoons plain flour.
06 - ½ teaspoon optional salt.

# Instructions:

01 - Use a knife or scissors to cut leftover chicken into tiny pieces till it amounts to 1.5 cups.
02 - Throw in cream cheese, mozzarella, egg, flour, and salt with the chicken. Mix everything together thoroughly.
03 - On medium-low heat, warm up a tablespoon of butter or oil in your frying pan.
04 - Scoop a spoonful onto the pan, then flatten gently with a spatula or spoon until it takes the shape of a fritter.
05 - Let each side cook for around 2-3 minutes till golden. Let them cool on a paper towel after cooking.

01 - Chopping with scissors makes it fast and easy.
02 - Keep an eye on fritters; pre-cooked chicken means they'll brown fast.
