Crispy Air Fryer Chicken (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 boneless, skinless large chicken breasts, cut into thin pieces.
02 - 1 tablespoon cooking oil (vegetable, canola, or olive).
03 - 1/2 teaspoon salt.
04 - 1/4 teaspoon chili flakes.
05 - 1/4 teaspoon powdered onion.
06 - 1/4 teaspoon powdered garlic.
07 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper.
08 - 1/4 teaspoon cayenne.
09 - 1/2 cup (about 25g) dry breadcrumbs.
10 - 1/2 teaspoon paprika.

# Instructions:

01 - Toss chicken in a bowl with oil. In a flat dish, stir together the breadcrumbs and seasonings.
02 - Dip chicken pieces into breadcrumb mix, covering each piece, and arrange in the air fryer basket.
03 - Set air fryer to 390°F and cook chicken 10-12 minutes, turning after 7 minutes.
04 - Rub chicken with oil and seasonings, then set into the air fryer basket.
05 - Air fry at 390°F for 12-15 minutes, flipping partway through. Let chicken sit for 5 minutes before eating.
