Crispy Chicken Rolls (Print Version)

01 - 1/2 cup chopped onions, diced finely
02 - 1/2 cup carrots, shredded thinly
03 - 2 cups chicken breast, chopped into tiny pieces
04 - 1 cup shredded cabbage leaves
05 - 2 garlic cloves, minced up

06 - 1 teaspoon sesame oil for a nutty kick
07 - 2 tablespoons soy sauce for seasoning

08 - 12 premade egg roll sheets

# Instructions:

01 - In a medium-heat skillet, cook the small chicken pieces until they're cooked all the way through.
02 - Stir in the chopped garlic and heat it for another minute till you smell its aroma.
03 - Throw in the cabbage, carrots, and onions. Keep cooking until the veggies soften slightly.
04 - Stir in some sesame oil and soy sauce, letting it cook for a couple of minutes. Take it off the heat and allow it to cool down.
05 - Lay a wrapper on a flat surface, spoon 2 tablespoons of filling, fold bottom edge up, tuck sides in, and roll up snugly. Dab water to seal.
06 - Set your air fryer to 375°F and spritz the basket with a bit of cooking spray.
07 - Pop your rolls in a single layer, spritz the tops, and fry for 10 minutes, turning them over midway. Cook 'til golden.
