# Instructions:

01 - Stir together the potatoes, spices, and cheeses in a bowl.
02 - Roll the mix into balls, about 1.5 inches wide. If it's sticking to your hands, pop it in the fridge first.
03 - Dip each ball into the beaten egg, then roll it in breadcrumbs until fully coated.
04 - Cook in the air fryer at 375°F for 10-12 minutes, giving the basket a shake halfway through. Look for a crispy, golden finish.
