Set your oven to 400°F (200°C) to preheat.

Boil or steam the cauliflower for around 5-7 minutes, then drain and let it cool just a bit.

Once the cauliflower cools, mash it and combine with the egg, seasonings, and cottage cheese. Mix everything until smooth.

Sprinkle in breadcrumbs a little at a time while mixing. Shape the mixture into tots that are all about the same size.

Put the tots on a sheet lined with parchment paper and bake them for 20-25 minutes, or until they’re crispy and golden.
